Scope of Work
3330 L.F. of 9’ high x 16’ wide Soundwall alongside the Metro Gold Line passing through South Pasadena and Pasadena.

Material
Soundwall panels are “Noishield Barrier Panels” manufactured by Industrial Acoustics Company (IAC). They are made of Cold rolled steel panels with A-60 Galvanneal coating, one side is solid steel of 14 ga., the perforated side is 20 Ga. with 3/16” holes on 3/8” staggered centers. Finish coating is a thermosetting polyester coating. Panels are resistant to attack by fungus, Class A fire-resistant, vermin-proof and non-hygroscopic. Material exposed to the general public has to also have an anti-graffiti coating. Color of the panels: Sand Stone.

Description
These sound reduction panels were set along both sides of the Metro Gold Line. Some of the sections covered the following streets: Hawthorne St., Fairview Ave., Magnolia Ave., Orange Grove to El Centro, Mound Ave., Indiana to Orange Grove and PAMRC to Indiana Ave.
